Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via our email info@retroclubkits.com. Si If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Personalized products with name and number are non-refundable.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (such as special orders or custom t-shirts). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
