What is the shipping cost?
We have a free shipping promotion now. We also offer fast shipping for an additional cost of US$24.90. Both options will appear when you make your purchase.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from multiple warehouses in the United States, Australia, Spain, France, Thailand, Peru, and more. Please note that during holidays and promotional periods, it may take longer to process your order.
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days from the order date and will ship the next business day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we won't be able to make changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: We aim to ship your order within 2-5 business days from our facility.
Delivery to Europe, the United States, Canada, and Brazil: Fast shipping via DHL takes between 3-7 business days and express shipping takes between 9-13 business days.
Delivery in Latin America: Fast shipping via DHL takes 7-12 business days and express shipping takes 20-25 business days.
Delivery in Asia: Fast shipping via DHL takes 5-8 business days and express shipping takes 9-15 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weekends, holidays, weather conditions, and shipping delays.
